Halong Sapphire Cruise – Luxury Overnight Cruise in Lan Ha Bay & Ha Long Bay

DAY 1:  HALONG – LAN HA BAY (Lunch/ Dinner)

• 08::15  – 08.45 Hotel pick-up at Hanoi Old Quarter area and transfer to Halong. Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi – Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port (Tuan Chau harbor, gate 26) before 11.30 AM.
• 11.30 Meeting at the Tuan Chau, Halong harbor.
• 12:00 You will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft, Sapphire Cruise. You will be welcome aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. Our Crew will conduct a compulsory safety procedures session and then you are free to check into your cabin and freshen up. Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by.
• 13: 15: A special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites will be served. We set sail for Lan Ha Bay passing to Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.
• 15:00 When lunch is about to finish, it is just nice that the Cruise completes its entry through the Cua Van area to Lan Ha Bay (as part of Halong Bay). The area is surrounded by a lot of extraordinary limestone karst landscapes. Guests can start their journey to explore Lan Ha Bay by Kayaking and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the bay.
• 17: 00: Back to the main boat, and cruising to a place for staying overnight
• 17:30 Join the sunset party on the sundeck in a warm and romantic atmosphere, making friends with other members of the group enjoying fresh local fruit, and listening to soft light music.
• 18:00 Take a cooking class
• 19:15 Relish a special Dinner in the restaurant.
• 20:45 – 00:00 Your free time to relax with an exotic cocktail or whatever takes your fancy. Our bar has a wide range of wines, beers, and liquors and is always a welcome sight for guests after a day on the Bay. Order a Spa service or take any activities on a boat cruise such as watching documentary movies, squid fishing or simply relaxing on our rooftop deck under the cover of a star filled sky

DAY 2: LAN HA BAY – VIET HAI VILLAGE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) (We use a normal small boat to explore Lan Ha Bay and come back on the Sapphire Cruise in the evening)

• 06:30 Early birds are welcome to attend sunrise Tai Chi on our upper deck and it’s an excellent way to get your energy levels up for today’s adventures. You will be fascinated by the exquisiteness in the early hours as you enjoy a coffee or tea.
• 07:00 Enjoy a buffet breakfast with the best local coffee brand and fresh fruit juices.
• 8:00 – 8:30: Get picked up at the Tra Bau area
• 8:30 – 9:00 Boat cruises through Lan Ha Bay before disembarking at Viet Hai dock
• 10:00: Go cycling a short trip of 5km to Viet Hai village – a small village amid the jungle, surrounded by the high mountain ranges of Cat Ba National Park. The area has become popular with foreign tourists, without attracting mass tourism so it is still very rustic. For those who are not fancy cycling will be arranged by electric car.
• 11:30: Return to the dock and board our day boat again to sail further to the other side of Lan Ha Bay
• 12:00: The dayboat anchors for a peaceful lunch.
• 13:00-14:00: Kayaking around the Tai Quéo cave area, a tunnel cave, to a lake like “Dragon Eye”.
• 14h00 – 14:30: We move on to Ba Trai Dao (Three Peaches) Beaches.
• 14h30 – 15h30: We are free to swim in this beautiful & clean area. Enjoy finger fruits dishes while cruising back toward Tuan Chau island
• 16:00 – 16:30: Arriving Tra Bau area
• 17:30 – 18:00: The moment you choose your way to relax after dinner

Day 3: DARK & BRIGHT CAVE – HALONG BAY – HANOI (Light Breakfast/Brunch)

• 06:00 The nicest time of the day on Lan Ha Bay is the morning. Head to the upper deck to participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. Relax with an early morning cup of tea, coffee, or juice anywhere you wish on the boat and watch the never-ending miraculous scenery unfold before you.
• 06:30 Light breakfast will be served in our restaurant (pastries, tea, coffee)
• 7:30 – 9:00 Enjoy the last stage of your trip to Dark & Bright Cave and islets by local rowing boats which is a wild and mysterious beauty in the middle of the World Heritage. Back to our main board afterward.
• 09:00- 9:15  Check out of your cabin as we draw closer to the mainland.
• 9:45 Lunch in the restaurant on the cruise.
• 10:45 Take the tender to leave the ship to Tuan Chau harbor 
• 11:45 Tour ends at TuanChau, Halong 
• 15.00-15.30: Arrive at Hanoi.

NOTES: Depending on cruising conditions, itineraries may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant/bar areas, however, Internet connectivity may be intermittently interrupted due to the geographical condition of the bay. Thank you for your understanding.

CHILDREN ‘S POLICY:

• From 1 to 3 years old: FREE (sharing a room with parent maximum 1 kid/cabin. The second kid charge 50% of adult price)
• From 4 to 8 years old charged 75% adult price, sharing a room with parent (Max 1 kid/cabin)
• From 9 years old as adult

ADDINFORMATION:

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

• Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
• Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
• Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
• Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
• All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

By Customers:

• More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
• 60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
• No show: 100% of total rate.

By Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

• Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
• During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
